The Fort Worth Education Association is the local unit of the NEA for the Fort Worth Independent School District. The NEA is the largest democratic body in the world with over 3 million members.

The Texas State Teachers Association

TSTA is the parent organization for FWEA at the state level. TSTA claims over 45,00 members state wide and is the most influential education lobby to the state Legislature

The Fort Worth Education Association is the NEA and the TSTA affiliate of the Fort Worth Indendent School District.
