From Bryan Weatherford:
The bottom line is this:  Teachers have to step up to the plate and ACTIVELY ENGAGE in their appraisal process – their profession, their career, their livelihood, and their retirement depend on it.  They cannot let it just happen to them. They have to CREATE THE NARRATIVE AND USE T-TESS TO TELL THEIR STORY RATHER THAN LETTING IT BE TOLD BY THEIR APPRAISER OR, WORSE, AN ARBITRARY TEST SCORE!  And this is an enormous paradigm shift.
